I love this, how Steve learned to put up with everything that comes from this new world (definitely from previous experience as Uncle Sam's dancing monkey), Pepper having center stage and not just a mentioned afterthought, Fury and his goons in star spangled hats and the Avengers team bonding without that damnable slash leanings that seems prevalent in everything.

Normally I base my decision of reading a fanfic by how many reviews they have, but I'm really glad I didn't do that this time. Good story. Needs more reviews, but that's the readers fault not yours. Still, I like it. The style is good and the story itself kinda sweet. Good job. Thanks for sharing.
