That was amazing! Normally when Merlin gets captured and hurt he's all weak and... wel, made of glass. Pretty ooc. But your Merlin, griping about those Druids and making sarcastic comments, was spot on! I could totally see the real Merlin being bored like that and being extremely qnnoyed that he's being treated like glass. I also love Arthur's comforting. I mean, bantering with Merlin and being offhandedly guilty is so Arthur that it's perfect. I think that a super nice, super guilty Arhur who didn't argue with Merlin would probably freak the poor warlock out. Make him think he was enchanted or something. So anyway, thank you for writing this wonderful one-shot, and I hope to hear-er, read- more in the way of Merlin in the future!
