It was nice. I think Sherlock would not only do it for himself, because whether or not he admits it, he does care about John, and would want to help if he is hurt or in danger (Hence, the fall)

I quite enjoyed it. I liked that they ere both in character. I enjoyed that Sherlock wanted to help John and made it seem that it was for selfish reasons. I think it was because he really cared. Well done.
