I for one liked the ending a lot, it showed how strong Merlin and Arthur were together and how they were able to overcome difficult situations, great work!

Seems a bit too simple. Moreover, Morgana can't die to normal weapons like that. She says so herself right before her death in the show, the only reason she died was because Merlin stabs her with a weapon forged in dragons breath, which can kill anything, but because she's a high priestess a normal weapon wouldn't have worked. And Arthur is still holding the only dragons breath weapon, so it can't have happened that way. It also seems remarkably simple to undo the supposedly unbeatable cure that even the dragon doesn't know how to reverse. One would think it'd be known to him or the druids if it was as simple as killing the person who cast the spell...

Generally a decent story but these plot flaws leave me a bit disappointed.

Ahhhhh! Just get Merlin back to being Merlin and he collapses?! Nooo! I'm hoping that getting rid of Morgana did the trick and Merlin really is free of the darkness, but I'm sure my hopes will be dashed. Can't wait for more!

YAY! Morganas dead! Oohh this was good! You dont get Merlin untill Boxing Day? We see it Christmas Eve... And seen as its the last one whatever happens in it its gunna ruin christmas... weeep...

Now they all know that Merlin is with Morgana, he's really very dark now, although I love how there is just a tiny bit of hope tossed in there with his hesitancy to fully embrace acting in a reckless and careless fashion toward others. You balanced that very well.
