I don't think i can describe how amazing this was. As I finished reading the last chapter I could only cry, I'm sad its over, but what a beautiful ending, for everyone. This is literally one of the best pieces of science fiction I have ever had the pleasure of reading. Please keep writing!

So! This is a very good read, and in fact I hold you responsible for holding up my own writing - I've spent so much time just reading this one! While some plot choices strike me as odd, not all endings are ideal, and I can deal with that. I really love the attention you pay to certain details, like searching for Shepard, her recovery, and recovering the Normandy. This is probably one of my favorite depictions of Thane as well, since you don't contort his character, just lighten him up a little bit. It's all very plausible and you stay true to all the characters really well, which can be very difficult, so bravo! This is really well written, though sometimes the absence of breaks causes a moment of confusion.

What I mean by that is when you write this, you probably hit return/enter twice for a space to signal transitions. I don't know WHY but when you upload it, the site automatically removes the extra space. You have to put something there to replace it and a line of asterisks isn't going to cut it because it removes those too! Infuriating!

To fix, you need to put something to make a break. In my stories I put a bold xXxXx and that works just fine. That's the only thing in this I can see that needs tweaking. Otherwise, it's great and I submit my request for MORE. I soooo want to see the family reunion!

Also, that song is awesome.

I really enjoyed reading this story. I've never before sought out fanfiction - at least not since I was a teenager in pre-Internet days, when my friends and I just called it "writing it better" - but during a period of insomnia, I replayed ME2 and was imagining all the ways it could end better than in ME3. I found some great images on Deviantart, which led me here, and I'm really glad it did. It's particularly satisfying for me, since my Shepard happens to also be red-haired with red, Iron-Man-looking armor. The friendship between Shepard and Garrus is also one of my favorite elements of the story. Add in how annoying I found Kaidan by the time ME3 rolled around, and the story truly hits home. You explain everything in ways my mind can completely accept, so even though some of the plot choices (genophage, character deaths) are not what I'd have chosen, I still think I'll be revisiting your version of the way it all turned out pretty often. Clean up the spelling and grammatical errors, and I'd even buy a copy if you posted it to Lulu or some other print on demand service.

I have really enjoyed reading this fic. Thank you for letting Thane live.. It's shocking how Bioware can create such beautiful, complex characters that get you so attached, just to let terrible injustices to them later on..

Anyway, this is a really great story. I enjoyed your interpretation as to what happened to Shepard in those final moments on the "Citadel" I also really liked how you handled Shepard's recovery.

All I can say is thank you...for letting him live...giving them a happy ending...wished you had written the game...couldn't bare to finish the game after he died...Had to replay...not pick up Thane (I would have romanced him had I picked him up- I could not have stopped myself)..and romance Garrus...just to play it through... Garrus made a nice Band-Aid (especially with the citadel DLC), but he is not Thane. They really dropped the ball there...and it was unforgivable...so, again...thank you.

Heh, this was funny as heck, and I just love it. I especially liked the idea of Javik writing a book without Liara - it sounds just like him!

IF ONLY! BIO could have spared so many so much up set & etc. with this wonderful chapter added to the ending of the game, Now for the rest of us ... let us know will the happy wonders continue or is this coming to an end ? You have done such a great job here.

I was right there with Shepard when she was recalling those memories, again you sucked me in. One bad thing I wanna say is that parts of the writing was in italics when I don't think they should have been. That's the only thing, the writing was wonderful!

This was beautiful, I felt calm in the end. Great job!

I like the symbolism at the end; nice touch.

Realized that I wasn't following this story, so I faced palmed, anyway, I enjoyed reading this chapter!
