i really loved the story and akane’s character buttt...what kind of ending was that? i’m so confused there’s so many loose ends.

Wow I don’t know why I suddenly get to the end and then feel like I’ve read that last paragraph somewhere before. Nothing else seemed familiar so I doubt that I’ve read this before. Is there a sequel that starts with this last chapter? Is this inspired by another work? Does it just happen to have the same situation play out? So mysterious. Deja vu

The story was wonderful, but this ending was terrible, there are many loose ends it was not the happy ending that everyone expected.

I read this on my phone basically nonstop until I finished. Just to see Akane and Kakashi develop was so beautiful and their romance so touching. I was getting misty eyed at work. I love how you explored Kakashi and his relationship with his father. It was a privilege to read Akane and how fully fleshed out she is, demons and all.

Oh my God. This has to be one of the most beautiful and tragic romance fic that I had ever read. Akane is simply AMAZING, she's broken, she's hurt, she's mad but she has wormed into my mushy heart 3. I also love how you wrote Kakashi and I simply can't get enough between the interactions of those two! Every chapter was anticipated and it made me either scream in angst or squeal in glory. I probably looked liked a madman to my parents. Anyway, this fic pierced through my heart like a cupid and made me binge read it in one whole day. It was THAT good. And now since I finished this, I am going to take a short break and then continue to read your other amazing stories. Goodbye. xD

I've got to say, your story is one of the best OC fanfiction out there. I've read many, but this is the first time I came across a character like Akane. Beautifully well writing, and so much angst. I love it, yet, in the same way, i hate it too.
This is a damn good hurt/comfort/angst story, I'm pleased with how this story goes and yet- i wish things went right with Akane and Kakashi. I wish. But it's not. And at the same time, you make it like it is.
I love your Kakashi, he is as broken as I thought he would be.

Honestly? Best integration of an OC I have EVER read. And believe me, I've read many. Akane just made sense. She is an integral part of Kakashi's story as far as am concerned. And she is by far one of the best written characters, even when antagonistic, she is realistic. Dunno how to explain it, but what I mean is that had for example Sasuke been this way in the manga, he would've been way more of a character.
She was vulnerable, and strong and damn it, thank you for making this ending, open enough, hopeful enough because I couldn't stand complete and utter despair.
You write so, so, so well that every chapter feels perfect, not too short, not too long, just the right amount, and always ends on a "gasp" sort of point. This story could have easily had 50 chapters, if you filled it with fillers and what not, but by only keeping the necessary stuff, well, you made it perfect.
Oh, and you perfectly enraptured Kakashi. Very good job, thanks for sahring!

Okay lets start. I am amuse Akane started off as a fan girl of Kakashi. I figured one of her parents have to die to start this story off dark, so no surprise there. The fact she was a slightly under average ninja before the incident, even with Gai's help, and after sold me. Many people who use a traumatic incident to build character for their...well character...usually end making them stronger, a new technique or some undiscovered kekkai genkai (?). Also, I like it took a while for them to come to terms there was affection between the two of them. So much distrust, trust, problems and confusion. I have to read this kinda story to get the negative emotions of life. Most of the the time it is quick love, lot of trust, barely any distrust and completely over looking the dark side of being shinobi. Especially in ANBU. Though I am wondering how she got back in the village without the others knowing. Only want to know because she has a reputation as "Viper". Her hair color sticks out.

I feel like you rushed part 2.

This story was dark, too dark for my liking. I expecting more romantic or fluffy or something like that, and the ending.. it's not what i was expecting would be. I didn't say your story was bad, not at all. On the contrary, your story is amaziingg, your writing skill is fabulous. But, maybe dark/angst themes never be my liking.
I hardly found fanfic with KakashixOC, while Kakashi is one of my favorite character. I wish he end up with Akane and live happily ever after. I want Akane be happy, but in every chapter she was like always hurt, always keep herself on the darkness. And it make me feel down everytime I read the story.
I am sorry for my unimportant rant, please don't take my rant to heart. After all you are the author and the plot was yours. I am just a little, yes, a little disappointed because i want kakashi and akane lived happilyyyy! Why their lives were so hard? Whyyyy? (ok, i need to stop my rant now)
Last but not least, your story is amazing. Maybe i will check other stories of yours as well ;)

Not the ending i was expecting

I don't really read OCs but yours caught my attention. It well written i just don't like Akane after she joins tbe Anbu and I don't see how Kakashi would fall for her. It's still too early to make assumptions though
