That doesn't make any sense to be honest. How JARVIS got shackeled is just pure author fiat by you. Furthermore, if Stark Industries got bought out that means that Tony is super rich plus 100 years of intrest on the money. Classic unintelligent civilian thinking that a company being taken over is such a bad thing, it happens all the time and the owner walk away with billions. Happens in batman... now here in iron man. lol so stupid.
