I love the god-emperor in this, I guess not having thousands of years of watching humanity almost getting destroyed leads to a more positive disposition. I also loved watching how he sees teh future and have difficulties thinking of the current time in teh right frame.
Voldemort is going to be such a much worse threat here, drive to extremes he would be perfect for one of the chaos gods (though they are much calmer here than later on).

Loved the first part of the series and came here looking for more of the same. Instead I found a badly written political drama that has pretty much everybody OOC. Seeing Carrow actually work with and argue with Fudge and Umbridge, after grave insults too? What in the flying fuck is up with that? Kill him and be done with it.

I am so done with this. I hate to gie up on this series, because there are more parts, but I can't take this bullshit anymore.

This chapter on prejudice gave me chills - because, frankly, it was believable, which is a somewhat terrifying realisation.

Story has been a slowly decline. Its still okay but not as promissing as the first part

I do hope that English Heritage does not try to take away The Lodge...because that would call a war down on them.

I guess nobody offered up that the large magical disturbance was Carrow getting rid of the Dementors?
