Even though the situation is not funny at all I find myself giggling. I was wondering why John looked away. First I thought, he was embaressed or that he needed a break from staring at Sherlock's suffering. But in the end he probably just had the same problem and had to hide a small smile from Sherlock. The poor man was puzzled enough. He shouldn't have to deduce things when there's not enough air to keep his brain running.

Also, could you possible do a ch2 with Mycroft in the hospital...

This was all very intresting (not being sarcastic), espically the part how he was breathing but yet not, but why did John stab him, what did it do to help him breath?
