Wow. That was a great sequel. And you managed to even add more detail to the prequel. I loved your descriptions, and just how tortured you've made HG. I hope you consider continuing. We got some of Myka's thoughts, but she almost seemed like this malingering force unable to give HG respite. This was just so good that i already want more of it. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic. Excellent emotional push and pull. You could almost physically feel the strain of the entire situation.
Definitely a nice follow up to the original, but also works nicely on it's own. One could easily imagine up all kinds of scenarios between those two as student and teacher. Many of them not resulting in such a noble yet ultimately hopeless choice on Helena's part. That's my own lecherous mind at work though;)

I think you have another winner on your hand, but is it ok if you link to the prequel? I'm not fully understanding the background that gave rise to the conflicts between the girls that seem to have been brewing for 5 years? What could Myka have done to HG 5 yrs ago to have caused the emotinoal pain that HG is under? Judging from the context, Myka was HG's student at a university and they had a bad break up?

Nonetheless, a very well written story! Glad to see they made up!
