I think is a lot colder than that. Vermouth is also a lot more snake-tongued. B. O. moves by a lot faster, and subtler. Sera's a very, very reckless rider (if you know Mystery Train, then you should know; it's around 2 cases before it). For people in a pitch while looking for something Mira, co. need to be more cold-blooded, maybe a hint of psychopath (Mira trying to drown Conan proves it). Haibara, despite her bravery, should remain paranoid (recklessness fear trying to be brave) enough; surrounded by a LOT B.O. members should shake her. Even one is enough to make her shake, or cower in fear. But I supposed you have your reasons. Just my opinion, though.

Not so bad, I actually like the way Conan seemed to get a chance to behave slightly like his old self. Though I believe there're some things (I forgot what) that you'll need to cover. Some sort of loopholes. And don't forget gunshot wounds are very painful; I have my own physical pain moments every day to know that it should at least hinder them since most of them are in a child's body.
