8D The timeline is so screwed up but I love it! Everything you said in your Author's note ate the end was true; the X-Men continuity is insane, and ooh going off the original Holmes stories might work for this! I liked your explaination of Sherlock's deductions, actually- it didn't downplay them as just run-of-the-mill sci-fi psychic bleh, it actually explained how he was able to make those stabs in the dark and get them right; it was clever, but not too clever to make it lame. I loved Mycroft's POV, and the Bit about Anthea was pretty cool.

All in all, this was a brilliant AU. Screwy timelines, yeah, but 1) it's an AU and 2) there are like twenty gazillion X-Men alternate universes in that canon anyway, what's one more? I love what you did with it!

Yeah, the timeline's screwy, and there are a few plotholes, but with these two fandoms, it's kind of impossible not to have any. I think you did a wonderful job with what you had to work with.

Well, this IS an AU-fusion fiction, and as far as I understand this sort of thing can't work without a major screw-twist-and-turn in history (of world, both series and characters).

Let's see how it goes then.

BTW poor Neji died and left the world to Naruto's care. So unfortunately Cold Fire can't happen, at least the final chspters can't... though there are still three eyes of "Dues Ex Machina"/"Wolrd's console command" so someone might still pull a "Nagato".
