I like the way you drop in little side-stories to kind of fill in the background and keep the story from being too 2D. All the little one or two sentence stories Ace thought about really gave the AU some depth, so good job there!

Ace and Marco seemed very in character to me, as did most of the other characters. Wapol's too much of a jerk (both in One Piece and this story) for me to particularly care if he's canon or not, but you did a good job even with him. I liked how angry Sanji was that they wouldn't let him in the kitchen as often as he liked. XD The whole inter-division war had me laughing!

Well...great story! I'm really liking it! I sincerely hope you'll continue it at some point, and since it's not marked as complete I think it's safe to assume I'll see an update at some point in time! :D I do hope you'll update soon, and thank you for such a great start to a great story!
