When a piece resonates with me as yours has, regardless of the number of accolades bestowed before mine, I feel it is a crime not to commend the author and the talent. I so thoroughly enjoyed your fic. Especially chapter 2. I actually read it yesterday. Thrice times. Then, lo and behold, I just COULD NOT get the damn thing (and all its accompanying images) out of my head today! Chapter 2 of this story is now my Happy Place. I had 2 clients, a coworker and my stepbrother all comment on how, out of nowhere, I seemed to develop this "very odd smile"... to which of course the ensuing question would then be, "Why are you turning bright red?" Thank you wholeheartedly for providing such a delightful journey into escapism. |
