What was that? Does Bella have the power to control others emotions or just vampires?

So happy to see another post I recently stumbled upon this story and I absolutely love it! So is this a power red/Bella has, controlling vampires, or does all children of the moon have it? I'm so curious about these wolves. Are they more civilized compared a couple thousand years ago? Do they have their own gifts. How do they know of Bella ever eaten a person before? Does the two wolves Bella know, consider her as their child like Carlisle and esme considers theirs? And most of all is red her own person? Their relationship, Bella/Red reminds me a lot of venom or the host.

I vote red emotions somehow sent their angry outside of bella
