Second, this story is absolutely incredible, I've loved every second of it. I thought it was so well written, and that John and Cortana's relationship was done beautifully. I definitely understand not being able to invest in this story at this time, that makes sense, however if you ever decide to continue this story some day, I would love to read what you have planned!

Wow, what a story! I love what you've done with the characters! They all seem perfectly in place:) I like the more vulnerable side of the Master Chief that you're showing, although he definitely is still in line with his tough guy persona:) You're writing is lovely, take time to recover though, and I'm terribly sorry for your loss.

anyways, i've never thought about how the cheif and cortana would ever react to each other if they were both human. very intreeguing (interesting) take on it. i may have missed teh part where halsey got her arm ripped off, but this is still good.
