In the right circumstances I can totally see Lucius seducing Hermione.

The weather! Haha - She’s talking about the weather! And Lucius is amused. I love it when he’s subtly amused.
Their stilted conversation is cracking me up.

This seems more like a first chapter than anything. Chapter 2 would be "later that night" which would delve into each character's recent personal history as they each did their usual evening activities; Chapter 3 would be "a day in the life" with possibly a small passage of time during which Lucius would daringly/smirkingly/schemingly send Hermione an invitation to share lunch again at a different "high fallutin'" restaurant and Hermione would of course spend a bit of time pondering the wisdom, etc...

...Lucius held himself proudly aloof as he surreptitiously watched Ms. Granger walk away, his eyes tracking her every movement. No one observing the scene as it played out would have guessed Lord Malfoy's intentions toward the future Lady Malfoy.

I don't normally read Lumione, but when I have, save for a few exceptions, I find the development of the attraction a bit unrealistic. Though I cannot imagine offering a taste of food to someone I was not at least a close friend with, I found this quite believable and it definitely had me wanting more. I don't suppose you could be prevailed upon (or flattered sufficiently into - you wonderfully amazing addicting author) writing a second course to this deliciousness? I would love to see how you would develop this romance from this starting point.
