Like, is he PRETENDING to be one, or is he ACTUALLY one?
Because depending on which, the connotations are VERY different.
Because if he is PRETENDING to be one, then ok, he's just being sneaky ole KID.
But if he ACTUALLY is one, then I must question the sanity of their world.
Nevertheless, Doc!Kaito is hot and KaiShin is hotter. xD

Personally I liked Kaito being the doctor and honestly I just thought he was in another disguise again not actually being a doctor. Though I have to say the idea of Kaito actually being a man of medicine is appealing too:)

Awwwww cute! Wait, the nurse and then the doctor, weren't they both Kaito? After all, Nurses don't wear heels to work since they need to be on their feet all day, and then the eyes colors.
