Ah, I remember the first time I read your series, back when I was younger and more naive and innocent than I am now. The new Star Wars prompted me to revisit some of my favorite fanfics centering around characters classified by Disney as 'legends,' so here I find myself, so many years later, actually able to leave a full review with a traceable name attached. Y'know, I like this Xanatos almost more than I like Qui-Gon in this film. Honestly! He's been Obi-Wan's master for over 12 years, and he;s ready to slough all of that away in an instant for a boy he doesn't even know! So what if he could be the saviour of the galaxy! *SIGH*
Anyway, great chapter! I agree, Qui focused too much on Ani, he should have thought long-term.

I like the Xan/Obi interaction. Can't wait to read more.

Yeah, I noticed the character change, but really, it's good both ways. Of course, I have yet to finish this story, but I'm sure it will be spectacular.

Dude, I made it through the original posting of this series a year ago and decided to retread it yesterday, and I'm so glad I did :) I am a huge fan of the reworked story and the new characterization and everything! I love it! So, that being said, I think I would literally kill for another update. Like, hardcore murder.
Also, I'm going through my senior year as well, and I can totally relate to all the college crap :)
But yeah, another update would be really nice, ma'am!

Good to see that your writing has improved even more. Will we see a flashback, showing what happened when Xanatos returned to the Order? After all, their main principle was that there was no return from the Dark Side, so it would be quite weird if they forgave the fallen padawan on spot and even let him take an apprentice, as if nothing had happened.

Love this, Obi-Wan being Xanatos' padawan & Qui-Gon on the Council. Very eager to see where this story goes.

Wow, I remember reading the first version of this story way back before I ever had a fanfiction account. This new version is awesome! Keep up the good work, and don't worry- school is almost over :)

This story is epic! I love it.

Only thing though...could you maybe space out the paragraphs and give separate lines for speech? It's very basic English. I found it very hard to read because all the speech and descrip was bunched together. I had to keep checking who was talking and who wasn't.

Other than that, keep writing.

It's something beyond my comprehension - ignoring RULES of English just because they "seem off".

I'm wondering how this will work out, but I'm enjoying it I like all stories where Xanatos trains Obiwan :P. anyway can't wait for the next chapter!
