A sequel that is very much needed, as a matter of fact. The connection between Lee and Shady — there's nothing else like it. Barney is protective of them as always, and the writing is damn near flawless.

Well. I didn't expect to review at the VERY end. I guess I suck, but whatever. :) Was it you I talked to in PM's so long ago about this?

I liked this, I really did. Shady is a wonderfully amazing character (my kinda lady!) and you've done a fantastic job showing us her personality. She's a bit mysterious, but she's captivating, and we know just enough about her to like her or hate her, to each his own. And her Dad? Well, I just think he's amazing. Somehow I see Steven Segal...

I think you've got the characters down pat at this point. They're tough ol' birds, aren't they? :P I have a soft spot for Stallone myself, and I enjoy what you've done with him here. He's awesome, my love abounds! Be still my beating heart! I know in the other story "In the Jungle", I said Barney was a bit dark, but he's leveled out with enough sass and spunk to be enjoyable and normal. :)

I know I'm exceptionally late and everything, but I just wanted to tell you how much I love this story and its prequel! You did a great job with the characterisations and the guys (and Shady of course) seem very believable and real to me. You created a great character and made me love her and as if that wasn't great enough, you made me fall even more in love with Jason Statham's Lee Christmas!
So all in all this is just amazing and one of my favourite series ever!
And as I noticed there are even more stories to my new favourite couple, I'll be off reading more now!

Love the story! I love Lee and Shady together. Please, please, please write another story for them!
