Perhaps it’s been years since you’ve seen a new review pop up for this story and perhaps it was last week I have no way of knowing. Either way you have written a masterpiece. I have to admit I was disappointed when I googled Johanna’s van Leyden and I didn’t find anything. Nevertheless you’re writing was so convincing and the tale of broken hearts still touching the future down thru The centuries past my own heart to clench. Bravo

This was such a beautiful love story. Tragic but beautiful. You did such a great job with the letters they wrote to one another too. I am sure it was difficult to get the wording right for the way they spoke in that era. I think this was a very much overlooked story that should have received more reviews!

My thought is seek out a counselor a woman if possible. Ask for their help, make sure Banner knows that you came to them. They let him know to leave you alone. Record him with a phone if necessary
