I liked this, it was short and cute:)

Hi! In case you didn't know, you made my night :D my first reaction when I saw this on Tumblr was along the lines of 'gross sobbing', 'everything I ever wanted in my otp', 'more sobbing', 'EVERYTHING'... you get the idea.

I just really had to get that out of the way. Now that it is, I can say that this entire fic left me with a heavy feeling, because it's really bittersweet. In better circumstances, I can see this leading to a long term relationship, but they've both been hurt so much that they aren't ready to. Plus the whole Inspector-Enforcer thing as well. I love how you left that possibility open though, there are days where I read this again and feel as content as they are.

Including the rest of the unit's reactions is also really cute, it's lovely to see how their own world intersects with the larger one.

Anyway this is a keeper, I'll be reading this for a long time to come.

oh my goodness I found this really really cute, like when Akane teases Gino by putting the can of cold soda by his cheek, or when they're awkwardly standing outside his door, and all those other moments. Masaoka's appearance in his unopened b-day sweater was probably my favourite scene though, it looked so right and funny in my head I couldn't help but crack a smile. Oh Masaoka. Forever trolling your unit.

Great story! A nice little look into what could have been the state of affairs after the end. Hope you write more! ;)
