Concerning the hazard, Megidramon should still contain it; the data wasn't solely stored in the chest place - if anything, chances are that its spread out among Guilmon's data as a whole. The hazard was bonded to Guilmon when he was created by Takato and the Digignomes. That means that it was hardcoded into his data and it would be potentially catastrophic for the program [Guilmon] if it were to be removed.

On another note: Haven't Takato and Jenrya already gone over the concept of them not having to consume food because they're in the digital world?

Other than that, I'm really loving the way you have Takato and Megidramon interact.

I love it. However, I'm rather disappointed that you've simply labeled it complete without even any indications of a sequel, when you've barely scratched the surface. There's still a lot of loose ends, like the other Tamers' reactions and thoughts and how this changes future events. There's still a lot of potential here and I'd hate to see it go untapped.
