It was well written-almost poetic in a sense with having the song lyrics in between. :)

Marie is simply amazing and I love the angst build up of yes and no between them. I think it is more believable that way.

Just an overall wonderful read. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Oh, and just a side-note: Miles would need something stronger than wiskey to rinse the taste of Rachel out of his mouth before I'd kiss him (if I were Charlie and she were MY mother) Haha!

I really enjoyed the angst and psychology to this fic. I also really enjoyed the elliptical nature (...) of the story, ie how I can understand what's going on but I don't get a 'privileged perspective' where I just know everything. It makes your story a very interesting read. Looking forward to more Marlie from you!
