Nice story, for the idea of OCs did not feel cliche, but that might have something to do with the fact that this is the first 'add-OCs-into-the-original-story' AU of Hobbit I have read, but the summary made me curious.

Now, even though this was not bad, your writing style might need improving. You have described the sex scenes well, but sometimes the text feels dull... bit emotionless. You just tell what happened like a manuscript, no emotion in it. Add some more depicting of the setting and their surroundings. Try to put some feeling to it, like just saying that 'she was utterly terrified' or 'he couldn't have been happier' in right places. Tell what they feel, but not too much (it can be hard). And lot more like that, because it gives the story colour. Those are just seeds to better depicting, good luck!

This is a better story . Than the ones ive read of thorin n an oc chick, the others always has it where both pairing die together or wherw thorin dies n leavea his lov alo'm e to raise the child...or simply go mad from the gold-sickness n becomes a tyrant.

No i say this fanfic is way better. Im glad this one has a happy ending n thorin is not insane or angst lol

So I discovered your fanfiction last night... And I just finished the last chapter!
I'm like IN LOVE with this story. Sure, first I was thinking "oh, just another OC fic'" but then I realized that you wrote everything I wanted to see in that kind of fanfiction (and I just looooove Lindsey, she's the sweetest!)

About Grumpy!Thorin and Sassy!Kate love story, I think Thorin is sometimes a little too OOC but what can I say: I enjoyed every second of it. Of course, the hot scenes were great even though I had a hard time picturing (ahem... naked) Thorin saying some of the things you made him say.

Anyway, you got it: ME. LIKE. YOUR FIC! I just saw there's a sequel so I'm gonna start to read it right now.

Hmm, sounds a bit like Game of Thrones to me with this training...but that's alright because it's epic, and the scene was cute :)

I'm assuming English is not your first language since your bio says you're from Germany. I would suggest having a beta reader or two to edit your stories as there are numerous grammar errors and some spelling errors that can be quite distracting. It's probably a little out of character for a dwarf to say "for your info" like a teenage girl. One thing that bothered me in the story is you never go into any sort of thought as to why they were brought to middle Earth or showed them struggling to adjust to something so different from our modern world.
