why have you not continued this? I mean it is beautifully well written, and greatly enjoyable. Lelouch would be a good tactician for the company he is with, and with some luck he could possibly help them enough to survive this hell hole of a planet and get Shirley some protection. Please, keep going!

Good idea for a crossover, definite potential, and ship-shape technical aspects, as well.

Unfortunately, there are a few problems. Continuity errors on both sides of the fence (The Ganymede is an Ashford family nightmare, and the Guardsmen are way too certain on the line between cultist and non-cultist), as well as an extreme lack of discipline in the guard forces. Seriously, their commissar should've murdered the lot of them by now.
The squad is too varied, as well. Due to being from a planet called 'Capellan' (which I haven't heard of, and will assume is an Original Creation) and having a sargeant called 'Merlin', one would expect a mostly Celtic or Anglo-Saxon squad makeup, but there are strangely high proportion of Korean and Chogorian (Mongolian) descent. Having a few people of different race is very likely, but one must remember that most Imperial worlds aren't terribly multiracial.
I always thought it was spelt 'Nanalli', but I can neither deny nor confirm.
Lelouche is way out of character, far too... Blokey. Lelouche Lamperouge, ne Vi Brittania, is very formal and hammy, like a 19th century lord, or a young P.T. Barnum. He's also far too aggresive, going straight for a frontline 'Aye Aye, Sir' role as opposed to the strategic position that is his forte. Lelouche is in it for the long haul, not the short term. Patient, cunning, manipulative, not bold, rash and submissive.
Finally, you can't seem to decide on a characterisation for Shirley: is she tough, adapting to the new situation, or melancholy, looking for the past?

These do get in the way of the story, but aren't too bad. I can't reccomend this fic as of yet, but you clearly have the skills and the idea to pull off one of the greats.

But at same time, would it possible for you to repost the original?

quite a brilliant idea for a fanfic i feel sorry for shirley and for lelouch let's just say he is introduced to the grim darkness of the future and about the geass working on chaos gods i think only slaanesh will fall it won't work on khorne because he hates magic and geass is kind of like magic and it will also never work on tzeentch because he is anticipating it and it certainly won't work on nurgle because he is the god of decay

From this chapter, I'm not sure what the point is for this crossover. Why don't you just write a regular WH40k fic with OCs? If you want to cross it over with CG, you better make its influence more evident in a timely manner.

...Hmmm, this was pretty good for a first chapter. I like how you captured the paranoia, and dark nature of the 40000k verse. In particular I enjoyed your depiction of the Imperial Guardsman. I can't wait to see where you go with this. I like your depiction of Lelouch, especially how he is able to blend in well enough despite know absolutely zero about the world he's in through cold reading. I did feel that he was at times a bit TOO unfazed, but he is very good at hiding his emotions so its excusable.

In particular I enjoy the scenes with Shirley. As characters go, she is often underutilized. Primarily because she was killed before she got the chance to do anything on the main show. In this case though she is in a situation where she absolutely has to toughen up.

...and I am now picturing Shirley Fenette pulling a heavy bolt on Mao while clad in power armor. That made my day.

Still, it will be interesting to see what Lelouch does as he continues onwards in the Warhammer 40000 verse, and I would like to see Kallen, Rivalz, Milly and Suzaku as well.

I am curious, however, if you intend to have any other parts of the story take place in Japan? It would be interesting to see them switching back and forth.
