Dear god this is the most screwed up ME crossover I've seen, and I've read Renegade Reinterpretations. If you ever decide to pick this back up, I wanna see the Reapers get a face full of the other SotS aliens cuz then you know it's all but become Warhammer 40K.

Nope I did not see it coming. Then again I never had an opportunity or incentive to actually sit on the "Council is subservient to Humanity in Universe trying to kill everyone" scenario, and find the possible changes.

You know, this is one universe where Mass Effect policy of never tampering with Primary Relays is UNIQUELY JUSTIFIED.

Council only dodged the bullet by virtue of being careful. Wonder how Protheans fared.

I'm sorry but so far these seem less like elite soldiers with xenophobia problems and more like psychotic buffoons barely able to follow basic orders and very liable to send the person they're supposed to be protecting into a psychotic breakdown.

Also I am struggling to see what kind of logic would have the Council send Liara on this, give her zero information on what to expect en route and expect her to actually make it (unless they intended her to die).

I'm sorry but if this is the future of humanity then i dont want the see it. humans can do some pritty monstrous things but if we then into pro human dicks then manby we are already lost. i dotn like were this is going and its pritty bad. so i wish you luck on it but i dont think i will come back.

Okay when I saw Jack Harper as the Director of a Xenocidal humanity, it made sense. But now we have this new, maybe Javik, character in play, plus the reveal the Harper is LETTING certain things happen...things aren't making sense anymore. And I love it. This is a proper plot twist!

Not to nitpick, but wouldn't it be 002? Since the original Leviathan was 001.

Unless Liara's facial structure was changed too, wouldn't Shepard or williams notice the resemblance, or at least be a bit suspicious of her. She isn't part of their rooster so it also seems unlikely that they would put her into action almost immediately after picking her up, considering how security conscious they are in other areas.

What exactly os black 21, black 12, and black 17? I'm not familiar with the non mass effect elements and tried googling it to no avail.

Nice, this is the first fic I've read where Humanity deals with the council races from such a degree of strength, makes for a nice change of pace.
