Damn. This is so good so far. You are a terrific writer. I love Tangled so much so I'm so glad I have so many more chapters to read :)

Read this in one sitting and throughly enjoyed it. I like the time period it's set in and the struggles - no matter how small - our favorite couple go through. It's just nice to read about how happy they are and how well their shop goes. The occasional conflict is welcome too, but the good stuff is really the character development. And thank you for not making Eugene a mindless womanizer

I stumbled over this fic and read it in one go. I loved the realistic spin to their romance so much. You establish Rapunzel and Eugene as equals in their partnership without making it unrealistic. It's not a fairy tale romance, there are still insecurities and bickering and also pride but that makes it even more compelling to read. I love their everyday interactions and struggles and I can still see the characters from the movie. I hope you're going to update this story someday.

Its a beautiful yet sad story of how two lovers a man and a girl have to hide from society and a marraige the man is being destested into but the story does have a happy ending like Spritied Away does however it is the hope of them finding each other that makes it the right yet hopeful ending :) Yours will find that happy ending and I hope I find the man I have been searching for the past 5 years to save him and marry him someday since I knew not he felt the same but the truth of true love is love never dies but changes with vow and beauty over time.

I love this story! It would nicer if the chapters were longer though...

I'm very much enjoying this look at these two as commoners: it's a pleasant departure from the usual. I look forward to the next installment!

I'm so glad you are continuing with this story. The wait was definitely worth it. I know it's hard to balance today's PCness with real history, but I think you are doing a fantastic job. I can't wait for the next chapter!

I do have one question about this fanfic and that's if Sir Richard Groth-Metterfield will make another appearance in this story? I thought it was kinda cute when Flynn was al jealous of him when Rapunzel painted Sir Richard. Well, I'm looking forward to your next chapter!
