so...how does it turn out?

this is ... this is the first story that does not put kevin as a bully, stays to the facts and does not make edd or kevin having a secret crush on each other. it actually has a reasonable built up for them, first friends and then slowly more.

i hate how most stories with kevin label him as a bully for no reason. i mean sure kevin got a big ego but that ego comes with a good reason and great talent so for him to be proud of himself is pretty normal. not everybody has to be insecure, i think a lot of people forget that. kevin can be a jerk but that kinda is little compared to his kindness he mostly showed the other kids, protecting (seeing how he did not tolerate how eddys big brother treated his younger sibling or how the eds stole sarahs diary) and staying on their side all the time. i mean he got pretty angry when eddy messed with his friends and he even liked nazz as she was huge, staying by her side, hell he didn't even realized her change (based on his surprised reaction when she said she was chubby). if jimmy felt comfortable enough to tease and laugh at kevin sometimes too, then it's clear that kevins "bullying" is more of a childish mocking and the kids knew that. even rolf who pointed out that kevin mocks them at every chance presented (not bullying) is still one of kevins best friends and enjoys his company a lot). kevin was always a good guy, not stupid or to mean, more the friend that can be a jerk sometimes. just because someone is a jock it doesn't mean they're stupid or bullies, actually it just means they're really into sports which is damn okay.

also hate how people forget how often eddy and the other eds messed with kevin for no reason and to a point that kevin got paranoid of them. he really only had an issue with eddy (like most kids had seeing how kevin and the other getting along with ed and edd much better and easier). hell as eddy was the "new kid" kevin was one of the first that welcomed him as a friend. even double d said that if eddy wasn't so mean and tried to scam the kids so much, he would be good friends with them.

i'm really happy that someone finally sees that too and does not let their past (of being envious of kids like kevin) cloud their mind. you really did great! i really can't stand how people view kevin most of the time, remembers me of how judgemental people always wee of my friend who is pretty similiar of kevin.

"No, dork. Why did you leave my party without telling me?" Kevin growled.

Edd averted his eyes. "I wasn't aware that I had to notice you of my leave."

"Well, you had to tell me. I was looking around for you and you weren't at my house!" Kevin clenched his fist. "Now the party's over and you missed majority of it!"
