I think it's interesting seeing the different possible pairings for these characters whether they seem optimal or not. I guess because you can get some peculiar scenarios like this. Which was really cute. I remember Lissa having little bouts of insecurities in her support conversations in the game, so seeing the gentle and sweet dynamic between her and Robin during one was adorable. Haha this is kinda funny to me actually. My mother actually does the same thing with my dad. She won't be able to help but laugh when he gets too riled up about something, bringing levity into the situation where they both end up laughing about it in the end. But anyways, thanks for sharing! Your story was awsome and fun to read and that ending was pretty great XD

The bout of insecurity seems very like Lissa. It's sweet that Robin can laugh off her fears and tell her that she's the only one for him.

I really enjoyed this,I love Lissa x Robin personally so seeing a fanfic with them being married was great.
It really makes me wish there was optional support conversations for the ones you marry,seeing their after marriage dialogue,man I would've ate that up even if there was no other benefit lol.
Though that's just me yearning for more even though Awakening gave me so much.

Anyway I also like how the story focused on Lissa feeling insecure about herself and Robin proving his love to was sweet,romantic and I like how he made her blush in embarrassment story,thanks for the Lissa x Robin enjoyment.

Pretty good, characters portrait very well, only thing is Lissa would NEVER be caught dead calling Robin "Honey" :P

An alarming lack of Robin/Lissa fics brought me here, and I can say youve done the pairing justice. I liked the whole self confidence issue, and while I wouldve liked to see her compare herself to others and reflect on what Robin does, you did well enough without it. Not bad.

I like this story. I like the idea of Lissa wondering why Robin would want to marry someone like her. I also like how Robin just laughs at the very idea of dating someone else. Anyway, great story I really enjoyed it.

Oh my various Nagas, this is one of, if not, the BEST, Avatar x Lissa pairing fics I have ever read.

Awesome, this drove the story home but didn't suffer too harshly from fluff.
Lissa is the character my Avatar married in the game, and is one of my favorite parings.
I Think this is well written and am slightly disappointed its just a one-shot.

Yea! Another story for my Favorite Fire Emblem: Awakening pairing! I love this story, you keep Lissa in character (especially since I can imagine her thinking somewhere along this line about her marriage to Robin) and Robin was of course being Robin. I can't think of any reason about Lissa and Robin marriage not working out for the both of them. Of course that's my opinion, and I'm sure that there may be flaws in the marriage. Like the fact that she is Chroms sister and he will hurt anyone who dares to hurt his family. But other than that nothing. They play on each other perfectly well. Anyway I'm rambling so I'm going to end my rant here. I could go on, but then you'll have a long review. Keep up the good work, and I'd like to see more story about Lissa and Robin. I'm in the process of writing one myself. Well til I see you next time, bye:D

Now this is quite good! With her unease about her helpfulness in the army and her attractiveness as well as their rather odd romance, it's fitting that Lissa would be questioning why Robin would choose to marry her. I thought it was sweet how Robin reassures her of his love for her, even going as far as to suggest that her self-conciousness is at least partly due to them not having yet ... consummated their love.

As for grammar and the like, not much to point out. There is one slightly awkward phrase though: "(more just so she'd have something to grip than because the object itself)." Looks like you're just missing the word "of" there.

So yes, a hiccup or two aside, I really enjoyed reading this. It's nicely written and well paced. I even liked that little touch about Maribelle's talk about Lissa's current mood with Robin, and yeah, I imagine she's threaten to neuter any of Lissa's potential husbands. XD And of course, I'm a huge lover of fluff, including the kind with sprikles of citrus. X3

Ah, why be insecure about insecurities?

I'm always a sucker for fics that feature reassurance for one or both parties; not sure why, but I do. There's just some comforting factor about it, I guess. Reconciliation is a great theme too, but it can be taken too far. (you didn't, just to reassure you :D) I rarely favourite, let alone review, fics that get into detail about... love-making exploits, but it wasn't that much at all, so it's not really a problem. Overall, great job on the fic. Lissa's always cute. :p

I guess the insecurity about their love life is gone now...
