ZabuzasGirl chapter 1 . 4/11/2014 Update immediately, please! |
Rianiel chapter 18 . 3/20/2014 This was such a great read! I loved how things develop with Sandor and Sansa, especially with the new child on the way ... Sandor treating the villager's with mercy, and the chair ... and the Blackfish! I will definitely be reading your other stories! My only critique is that the villager's accents were hard to read. I'm a UK girl myself and I know it's meant to sound atypically Northern but the phonetic spellings were a little confusing, and I also wondered why the speech was written in italics. Aside that, (and it was only a small nitpick!) thank you for a lovely read! Rianiel |
tselea chapter 18 . 3/13/2014 I ADORE the innkeeper's wife. She was a delight to read in all of her scenes. :) |
SIGASLSAREHC chapter 1 . 7/21/2013 Very well written and enjoyable story, with an engaging plot. One point to note is that bastard name are only give to acknowledged bastards of high born lords. For example, Gendry was not Gendry Waters as he was never officially acknowledged as King Robert's son. Bastards of commons and those who didn't know their fathers would have no right to the bastard name of their land. Great characterisations and I love how you write Sansa and Sandor's relationship. |
JuliaAurelia chapter 18 . 7/19/2013 Excellent ending! Everything wrapped up in a very good way, Sansa and Sandor, Kit and Rose, Sandor and the villagers, and the Blackfish and the baker's widow. Wow, that was a great twist, I never thought she killed him, but it makes perfect sense Sansa and Rickon were so cute. And I loved all the mentions of Ned and people's memories of him. It was an armchair, a pretty cool armchair at that! This has been an excellent story and I hope your muses give you an idea for a new story soon! |
magnus374 chapter 18 . 7/19/2013 Nice, I was right about who killed the baker. The story ends in a good way. |
lindsaydrumm chapter 18 . 7/18/2013 Very good story, and what a thoughtful gift from those idiots that blamed him. Hopefully this story gets more notice soon :-) |
Winterwasp chapter 18 . 7/18/2013 It was a great read, thank you for this story! |
magnus374 chapter 17 . 7/15/2013 Good Sansa thoughts. |
JuliaAurelia chapter 17 . 7/14/2013 Ok, wood and horse hide? What could they be making? Cradle for the baby? Toys for the baby and some for Catya? Something entirely different? Can't wait to see what it is. Oooh, evil Freys condemned to haunt the bridge for all all time, cool! I must say, Dany was more than generous to whatever Freys remained alive at the end of the war. The Blackfish likes the baker's wife, the Blackfish likes the baker's wife! Well, widow, but wife is better in a chant :) Sandor and Sansa just warm my heart, because they are facing their difficulties and the whole aftermath of this thing together. I knew Sansa would never leave Rickon, but I was still very touched by Sandor's offer to take her and Catya away if she wanted. |
JuliaAurelia chapter 16 . 7/13/2013 I loved the scene where Sansa did justice. Bradmar's slurs against the Starks and Dany just made me want to pour dish soap down his throat and make him gargle with it. I am so glad he did not escape his just punishment, and like how he lost it at the end. He was very lucky to have Sandor strike the blow, that way he was sure of a quick, clean death, more than he ever gave his victims. Frey pies, yeah! That was a nice little scene at the end with the villagers, remembering Ned. I look forward to the next chapter! |
magnus374 chapter 16 . 7/13/2013 Very good. |
lindsaydrumm chapter 16 . 7/13/2013 Good to see that the little shit got what he deserved. If someone threatened my kids the way he did though I think I would have done it myself :-) |
CaroH99 chapter 15 . 7/11/2013 sansa is just such a great lady! just and willing to hear out a case before judging. and sandor did the right thing i believe by sparing the men (: |
