But I must say; although this was slightly rough around the edges, it was written quite well. Congrats on that!
You repeat some things a little too much, in my humble opinion; although I do realise that in my second person stories, "You _" becomes almost like... well, anaphora. Perhaps it is a matter of personal taste. Either way, I cannot help but notice certain little details; words such as "lie" or "lying" repeating themselves, for one.

I do love the stream of consciousness style that you write in, though. I invariably write like that for my short stories - no, don't look at my profile. You won't find anything there.
Anyway, back to what i was saying; this style is the most fitting for capturing the moment; not so much for epic sagas or fantastical adventures. There is this certain... allure, if you will; a flow to present tense stream of consciousness that extenuates distractions; passive narratory distractions, in particular; whilst also engenders a distinct and insistent pull that makes the reader a character, almost. People say that writing allows the reader to live another life, to transport themselves into another world of their choice. Well, I say that stream of consciousness pieces allow the reader to become part of that world; to partake in it, to taste and smell and feel what the characters taste and smell and feel. Oh dear, I've gone a little too far. It's been a little while since i've met a piece like this. Really debating on a favourite... excuse me while i go find a coin to flip.
