Confused. So.. Mycroft altered John's DNA?

wow, I though there would be a fight or at least some sort of argument at the end of chapter, but I can't say I disagree with sherlock desicion.

wow...that was a bit of a surprising end...i hope there will be a second Story to this...where this goes, how mommy and mycroft will be , what lestrade say to the bond and how he did know and other not, if John is already pregnant and so on

so mycroft did ...make?...John how he is...but why John and how or when, was he already born like this or made with medication...and why John and not omeone else more submisive or hatever... was it because of his will to fight and learn his intellect...because he was different then other "betas"... why...

ch3 is funny...sherlock brilliant mind does not tell him that John acts like an hurt Omega, that he himself acts like a Alpha who trys to provide for his mate in a mix of courting ehavior and pregnant mate care funny, will be interesting to see who realises it first what is happening
