What a fantastic story!
Usually medieval fantasy is not my cup of tea, so when I started to read this fic, I thought it would take me many days to finish as I get lazy... but I read it so fast! Rarely a fic makes me so invested from the beginning to the end!
Poor Spencer, he can't take a step alone without getting in problems... still I enjoyed every time he got hurt too (lol)
I loved how you worked the characters together. All their chemistry is captivating. And I'm so thankful you made this a MoReid fic (I'm going crazy for this ship!)

I have recently discovered FanFiction and have been reading a lot of the Spencer Reid stories...he’s my favorite character from my favorite TV show...this was a wonderful story, very different, and very well done...you really have a gift for writing! I have really enjoyed reading this story and am going on to the sequel now...

I normally don't read gay slash/smut, but oh my god this was amazing. The storyline was well put together, the way the characters act(especially Penelope) was practically spot on, and the grammar was almost perfect. 10/10 would read again

I have to be up in six hours for school and I have three tests. But what did I do instead? Finish reading this. I LOVE THIS! It's so intense and like nothing I've ever read before. 10/10. Plan on reading the sequel.

Such an amazing story. I stayed up to 3 am to finish it. I absolutely loved it!

I gotta say, I'm not usually one for stories that are longer than maybe 10,000 words. I took a risk with this because it had an interesting synopsis. And holy crap, am I glad I did. I really, REALLY enjoyed this story. I couldn't stop reading it. I really liked the slow build of their feelings, how you incorporated so many characters for us real fans to play off of. It made it a lot of fun. Really awesome.
The only creative criticism I have is that where this is set in a very old age and there is a lot of that old-time language being used, there was also a lot of new age slang thrown in that kind of took me out of the story from time to time. But, that also might just be me. I'm only saying this because it always annoys me when people just write, "Cool story!" and leave it at that. I very much want to grow as a writer and critiquing each other is a great way to do so.
All around great story. I seriously enjoyed it. Thank you so much for posting it. I had a lot of fun and I will definitely read it again. But for now, I'm off to bed and tomorrow, I shall start the sequel. Can't wait to see what you have in story for our boys next! Until next time!

Ok, I know this is a Criminal Minds fanfic, and with every other character I picture their respectful person, but I just can't picture Morgan and Reid, I don't know why. It's not a bad thing, my mind is just weird I that way, replacing them with other characters. This is a great fanfic and has officially made it on my Top 5 Criminal Minds fanfic list. Thanks for writing it.

I couldn't help butl augh at your comment about your socks, because I do the same. I try to stay in the same color scheme though. Since I work with kids and we often go on exerise mats, I score quite a hit with them! But... I don't explain to them why... LOL!
