And this is why I simply adore you! I don't think I have words in me at the moment to express how wonderful your writing is and the way you present Enjolras and Combeferre's relationship is simply heartwarmingly beautiful! I adore your take on Combeferre as a slightly exasperated older brother and the ways he brings our stubborn Greek God round to realising that he is in fact; heaven forbid!; feverish and needs a good dose of Tender Loving Care! I also adore Combeferre's wit and dry humour (I tried saying 'we can hardly march forward with to a glorious tomorrow without our equally glorious leader' with a straight face- didn't work: I cracked up half way through!) and that final image... that final image of Enjolras asleep is simply beautiful and stunningly written- well done! x
