No, Id rather not see Hermione here at all.
I think the beginning was best in this. The whole idea has a lot of potential but maybe Hailey should be more low-key in shield. Maybe even a squib which would explain why Harry has not heard of her.
Also Harry was so rushed in finding a job. Why didnt he concentrate on Teddy a bit longer?
And now that the avengers verse is much larger, maybe this would suit better in actual Avengers time rather than Iron man?
And if your muse ever inspires you to edit, the first scene with Tony felt so weird. Why would Harry paste his painful history on the walls and explain it to all who ask in such a detail?

Three years since Harry left? When did that go by? What exactly is Haileys position in shield that she can tell Fury what to do?
Hermione was a surprise, even in three years I expected her to be in a lower position. What happened back in Britain?

I didnt even think tony/hailey at this point but good that they wont. It feels... wrong. Hailey is a good background character but she would get timehogging if she is in a major part and I want Harry, not her. It already felt weird how Harry answered all Tonys questions and that Harry had put those pictures on the wall at all

As you're doing a rewrite, please rethink a Tony/Harry pairing. Both are old enough now the age gap(ridiculous, my parent had a 15 yr gap) has disappeared. They know each others quirks & foibles. A great friendship makes for a great love affair. Story is excellent, Hailey is believable, with enough spice to make her interesting. Taking in a teenage boy with a child without a second thought, remarkable. Hermione was a good friend till post 7 yr. What influenced her ? Where is Ron while she is working for an American super team? Are they split? No children? A bit more Harry-Teddy action. Harry shouldn't trust anyone there; Teddy is their link to Harry. Another direction to add depth to the story,

give us the gay man. we thirsty.

I certainly do not hate you. I know all too well the needs of a writer. I fondly await the next story of Harry Potter.

So will Teddy have any problems at Hogwarts and will Harry have to pull him to move him to another school or will he be safe?
