This is my favorite plot out of what I have read from you so far. I think that you have Sherlock's character portrayed very well here and that does seem like how he would go about trying to deduce whether or not John loves him. WELL DONE! :D

"...the illustrious Sherlock Holmes." I liked that quote. Sherlock is quite illustrious, isn't he? Not that he intends to come off as such. I also really liked how scientific Sherlock was about the whole process. Normal people ask each other if their feelings are mutual. Sherlock conducts experiments. I like how the first person point of view was oriented to include both characters thoughts and feelings without becoming confusing. All in all it was cute. And the title was very clever indeed!
