this was so beuatiful and well written! i can honestly say you made me cry (which rarely happens) and hope so much on Jean's part that this would not end in tradgety (which I honestly do not remember doing for any fanfic).

This was amazingly well written. I am crying my eyes out, typing this review blindly through my tears. And I NEVER cry over fanfictions, so that's saying something important about your story.
I personally think that this death would be much harder for Jean to get over than the death in the anime and you portrayed that well.
So congratulations. You reduced me to tears. And I'm not being sarcastic at all.
That's a great feat, honestly.

I should have never read this.
It was beautiful, very well written, and sad, very, very sad.
I started to cry before I even finish reading it.
One thing I always avoid is sad fanfictions, but I want to give you all the awards because even though it was so sad to the point were I couldn't help but to cry, it was amazing and worth the read.

I actually cried. And I NEVER cry over a fanfic or a picture. But...wow, how awful. It was beautifully written and beautifully sad and it just broke my heart into a million pieces.

Really depressing and well-written. I felt like sobbing like Jean in those bathroom stalls, seeing his dead lover practically brain dead. And gosh, the ending I wanted to.. ;_;. Anyway, lovely piece of writing!

Oh, look- there go my feels! All of them, not a single one remains... Jeez, this was so beautiful and depressing. Ugh, I need to go read something happy now. This is pretty much my favorite pairing in the fandom, so it kills me that Marco is really gone, both in this fic and the anime/manga. :'(

Wonderful job! Well written AU, I must say. Jean was just so hopeless, I wanted to give him and hug and tell him it's all right. I hope you keep writing for SNK, you've got quite the talent for it!

I'm a little shocked about this universe. Hmmm... the death of Marco this time was more painful for Jean than being eaten by a titan.
This Jean will never overcome his dead lover. It was really depressing.
I'm sad.
