Good story so far and no Umbridge yet. Having Harry get resorted would not be right at first. If things were to play out for both Harry and Draco, have Harry go along with creating the club and before any major charms can be put in place have Harry confront Umbridge with what is going and where it will happen. It would not only get both Granger and Weasley out but also eventually get rid of Ginny as well when she is giving the report of the illegal use of love potion on a the Heir of Potter. Then once she takes over have Harry sent to his right house of Slytherin. That is if this story was ever to be continued.
