I think I heard somewhere that grade 10 can be the hardest grade in high school. That doesn't make any sense but if it's true I guess it means that once you're through grade 10 school will be easier. If you don't count the added drama of being a teenager.

Yes, this was very cute! Not only that, but it was true to the characters which makes everything better! Both Nitrams were very sweet and I loved how they brought up their ancestors- I'm a sucker for Beforan ancestor ideas, and it was really cool to see them noticing the parallels. One of my favorite parts was Tavros' "I was bad at walking" and the short exchange that happened afterward, hehe.

It wasn't until Equius showed up until I realized I'd half written this chapter, oh my god. And now I'm laughing so hard there are tears in my eyes. (It started when Jane asked Roxy for alcohol and it hasn't stopped since.)
That ending though. Just... that awkward "yeah". That is the essence of the entire chapter in one word. I just... I probably shouldn't be laughing this hard. Holy shit. This was fantastic to see again.
