So, it says "Five survived of the seven" the seven are Percy, Annabeth, Jason Leo, Piper, Hazel, and Frank. I think the two who won't be joining are Percy (Duh) and Jason. This is because he and Thalia are siblings and once he finds out about what Artemis did to her, he won't be very happy.

And... Percy just became a villain. No longer a protagonist I can support.

Saturn was Cronus' Roman form, not the Greek. "Kronos" was the Hellenic form of the Titan king.

Oh my gods, you’re on a roll, the first book was so good that I leaped right to the second! Part of me wants Percy to forgive and come back to Annabeth, the other wants him and Thalia to lay some well deserved pain on the gods. On to SoaH 3!

Hmmmm, someone didn't really read HOO csrefuly. Thank is NOT Zeus 'only child'. Thalia IS Zeus' only MORTAL daughter, and her brother is Jason Grace. Zeus' only MORTAL son. They are Zeus' only known MORTAL children, as opposed to his godly children. Just an FYI.

Ok. It's been a few years since this fabulous tale was published, but here's a few things that kind of... well, GLARE at me. Now please remember that I'm a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan, right above Alphabet City (lower East Side). First, language. No New Yorker calls anybody a "git". Maybe Harry Potter or Ron Weasley would use that term. But from a New Yorker, you'd just get raised ears.
Then, no self respecting New Yorker would ever call his female progenitor "Mum". Again, only on the other side of the pond will you hear a son call his mother "Mum". In New York, it's Mom! And last, from Hell's Kitchen, Percy would be about a hot second from 12th Ave. And while that would actually take him to an entrance to the Brooklyn battery Tunnel, it would first take him to the Holland Tunnel (even sooner) and that would take him under the Hudson River, and on into New Jersey.
From there, Percy could head right south taking I-95, which goes as far as Jacksonville, Florida. Percy could also take route 80 or 78 across mid-northern New Jersey and into Pennsylvania.
But taking the Battery wouldn't take Percy and Thalia away from New York; have you ever looked at a map of the five boroughs? Heading into Brooklyn from Manhattan is going farther INTO the city. New York CITY is made up of the counties of New York County (Manhattan), Kings County (Brooklyn), Queens County (same name), Richmond County (Staten Island), and finally Bronx county (da Bronx). Manhattan faces both Brooklyn and Queens across the East River; those two counties both dovetail into each other, and Queens borders Nassau County, which in turn borders Suffolk County. All four of those counties are located on Long Island, going from West to East.
There is no way to get to Jersey and south to Florida through Brooklyn unless Percy takes the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, and that's a good half hour haul in light traffic via the Belt Parkway. From the bridge, they would go to Staten Island (this is the only land connection to the rest of the city from Staten Island). From there, over the Outerbridge Crossing from route 2780 and into... You Guessed It!
New Jersey!
Look, not fer nuthin' , but best take the Holland Tunnel and bang out to Fla, thataway. If Percy's gonna go to Montauk Point to talk with his dad, well he could still head south instead via 95 to Trenton, and head East to Atlantic City and talk to Poseidon there, or anywhere along the Jersey Shore. Cheaper on the gas and easier on the time element. Plus, Percy and Thalia would be free of NYC.

Ok, look man, someone needs to teach yoh proper english. There is a difference between there, their, and they're. The story is good, though. Nice, vivid wording, and it seems likely that they'd act this way, if any of this had happened. But, I'd make it a point to check the words you use in certain context. They sound the same, but they don't mean the same thing

This is really your cliffhangers aren't that make me excited for the next chapter...unlike others who make me want to rip them apart

I think I should say this (not trying to be a pest though). Outside of the UK, no one really recognizes England as a country. The rest of the world views it as the UK and you'd be very hard pressed to find anyone outside of the UK ever say 'England'. Now it is quite obvious you are British and I am not trying to offend you, it just annoys me that British people don't seem to have the same sense of unity as they once did (I live in London myself but I am Canadian).

One thing, Americans don't say 'mum' :P
