Um...so what? Why write this tale to begin with? If Tim needs a magazine quiz to tell him whether he's happy at work, he's pretty confused and spineless to begin with. One begins to sympathize with his "bullying" supervisor. Tim is low on the food chain. Too low for me to waste sympathy on. Or is your aim to "empower" other gentle herbivores of the workplace? Sorry. Yer piece just ain't "powerful." Is your real-like moniker Tim? Just guessin'

I really enjoy this story. I would really like a part two. Also you should consider revising and adding more to the story.

Tim's thinking was off on one point with Gibbs favorites. It's always been Abby, then you had Kate and now Ziva. If Gibbs seems to care more about Tony it is the fact that he is the team member injured the most, usually caused by someone not following orders, This would then fall on Gibbs shoulders for not making his juinor agents follow chain of command. Think, who got all the insults, putdowns and head slaps, first Tony followed by Tim. The couple of times Gibbs gave Ziva one it was very clear it was more like a pat on the head instead of the painful head slaps he gives To Tony and Tim. But even then Tim has received more praise than Tony ever has or at least starting with the introduction of Kate to the team. Kate with the degree in profiling who couldn't profile her way out of a wet paper sack.

Hmm... never saw/looked at it that way... but I'll still have to disagree; Gibbs will always be one of my favorite characters. I will admit the story is good, though. Can't - and won't - blame anyone for not liking Gibbs.
