I think that Jade's trial should be unfair as captain Black's superiors frame her for her family's murder aiming to use Jade as a scapegoat to cover up there own blunder of allowing the Chan clan to be kidnapped by Joker and his gang as Jade's hatred for the Batman who did not believe her story and instead blamed her for allowing her family to be murdered by the Joker as she aims to find aid in Viper and other surviving members of the J-team knowing that any survivors could help her but Black's superiors don't want her contacting any of her allies which could complicate matters for them and stop her being there scapegoat to use her against her family. I think that Viper should move fast after learning that Jade was kidnapped by the Joker along with her family as she and El-Taro move fast tracking Jackie from state to state aiming to stop the Joker and if he has killed Jackie who wounded any of them he will pay as Viper quickly plots to break Jade out knowing that Strange is up to no good as she has heard from her sources that he is plotting to open a new criminal asylum in north Gotham called Arkham city which will be the most scare prison in Gotham but some of her middle east contacts have stated that he may be working with the league of shadows a shadowy organization that wants to eliminate crime by any means necessary. I think that Batman should assist in condemning Jade to Arkham despite captain Black trying to get her off of the charges of murdering her family stating that the clown murdered the Chan clan and that Jade is innocent it doesn't work as his boss's want her out of the way only for Viper to intervene and get her off of the charges but the court will dam her to them as she is sentenced to life in Arkham her hatred for Joker and Batman will grow unknowingly awakening the shadowkhan powers which still live in her soul as the demon chi begins to corrupt Jade daring the breakout while she does not participate in it her rage will grow against the Batman and his enemies. I think that the Shadowkhan queen should slowly begin to manifest within Jade while she does not realise it her demon chi is merging with the dormant shadowkhan chi which is still in her body after the whole queen of shadowkhan feasting off of her rage, anger and hatred for the Joker as she will start to turn Jade into a dark frog as the trial should give her first bit of freedom in years as Jade's rage at the judge, jury and all those who failed her as Jade begins her plan to escape Arkham by proving her innocence but the queen of shadowkhan does not want Jade to undo this change as it could prove the key to her return to the mortal realm and maybe allow her to lead a Shadowkhan army once more against the perthitic humans as she just has to reawaken all of Jade's dark desires for revenge now.

Why is Jade a frog?

Jade is doing something I like her not breaking out of arkham asylum and claiming innocence is her revenge against joker that clown wants her to be a villain glad she's NOT BEING what JOKER WANTS HER TO BE.

Nice change of pace think her being shadowkhan would be even MORE counter productive of claiming innocence knowing queen she would just make things worse especially if she got control over their body joker seems to want make jade see all it takes is one bad day to make sane person go into madness hope this continues as well I would like to see what caused jade's attitude towards batman to very sour and bitter. Wouldn't be surprised that joker had hand in it also considering the deception joker was able to pull in arkham city AND arkham knight I wouldn't be surprised that batman fell for it hook line and sinker people would have beaten batman arkham city and arkham knight or read or seen spoilers you know what I'm talking about as well I like the ironically that person that's willing to help jade is dr. strange.

Bleh... Frog girl.. hmm.. This fic would be cooler if she looked like a Shadowkhan! Had shadow powers... maybe even one of the talisman bonded to her.

The grammar is a bit off, a few dropped plurals and the like, but it does little to detract from the story itself. One thing that I feel I must point out is your tenses...you have a past tense verb (e.g. mumbled, said, waited, etc.) mixed with present tense verbs (e.g. mumbles, says, waits, etc.) in the same sentence, such that I saw a few that looked similar to the following: "mumbled strange as he reclines in his chair". The verbs should be [mumbles/reclines], [mumbled/reclined], or perhaps [mumbled strange, redlining in his chair]. Present tense is extremely hard to write in, especially when you're not used to it, so be careful when you use it.

Other than that, I found this plot to be compelling and the story intriguing, so carry on.
