This might possibly be one of the most adorable stories I've ever read! The way you have characterised everyone in this story is wonderful and the growing friendship between Earendil and Elwing is well-paced. I have spent the last hour reading this and smiling all the way through. Thank you for writing - I haven't read a fic this good in quite a while!

This story made me so happy! Not in a fluffy sort of way, but in a bittersweet way, if you know what I mean. I loved everything, especially your characterizations of Elwing and Eärendil, they were so spot-on… Also, this might be the only time I don't mind a rather open ending on a story.
In any case, great read! :D

At last some definite progress in their relationship, I find myself quite amused by their awkwardness, though knowing the future for them adds much poignancy to their courtship.

This was just utterly enchanting. Perfectly characterized, perfectly written and just a joy to read so far. I especially love Galadriel and Celeborn's 'she reminds me of Thingol/Luthien' input. That was just fun to read.
