The idea is interesting, but it looks somehow unrealistic:
Yes Thor got Mjolnir back and saved Jotunheim.
But the only reason why he was able to return the hammer and in such a short time is not because he suddenly changed to a hundred and eighty degrees, but because the Warriors Three and Sif with their desire to remove Loki from the throne provoked retaliation. And Thor did only what he would do anyway (grow being told of Asgard as a defender of other realms and so on and so forth certainly instilled certain concepts and standards that one need to comply simply because it is as it should be. And Thor always craved heroic glory to match his father). It does not mean that his three-day experience erase centuries and centuries of creeds and habits.
The fact that he saved Jotnar does not mean that the age-old prejudice just took it and disappeared, and they are now equal to the Aesir (either in Thor's or in other Aesir eyes). If Aesir horrified by Loki's actions it's probably only because they cost them Bifrost, and because it was not a fair fight but cunning and sneaky move (monsters should have the right to die by hand of doughty warrior).
Maybe I'm wrong, but this is my personal opinion. Please do not be offended.

Wow really really good and interesting at Laufey's pov. Also you got me with 'Odin' coming to bring news of Loki's death. I thought it was just him right after Dark World.

Wow. A great work of humanizing Laufey and looking into the workings of his brain. Very realistic and touching... I loved the comparision of Loki to the wild spirit of Jotunheim.

It was so lovely that despite everything that Loki did - killing his brother, destroying Jotunheim - Laufey still felt a pang at his 'death'. That is the mark of a true parent, unlike Odin...

A perfect example of how things might not always be a bed of roses, but people continue to eke through life, with so many complex feelings... LOVED IT!

I think you've done a marvellous job, writing this great story, when English is not your first language. I really liked the way you gave Jotenheim hope at the end. Loki seemed very close to the film version. Thanks £££

Aaaaaaaah, so good, so good...
Laufey as Loki's parent is very interesting. It's a pity he died in Thor before finding out Loki was his son in canon. But you have filled in the gaps of what would have happened had he lived very effectively. Dang it, I think I might even like Laufey now.
And that moment where Laufey is angsting at the person he thinks is Odin is...adorable? I find myself thinking adorable. That's probably not the right word, but I'm feeling the feels.

Wow love the end! Yep Laufey should have survived!

I didn't feel like their dialogue was forced but I can imagine just how hard it must be to write them interracting with one another. Oh... I can tell they will NOT make this easy for you in the next chapters either! Both proud and bitter. They will stuggle evry step of the way I'm sure! This story is like a caffeine buzz; feeling like my finger tips should be numb and twitching even if they actually aren't, brain in overdrive, oversensitive and giddy! A much better feeling than what the lack of sleep will make me feel like tomorrow... or later this morning for a matter of fact I suppose... I'll fall asleep as happy as one can be! Thanks a lot!

I thought this was a really good chapter. It didn't seem forced at all to me. There was a few grammatical/tense mistakes at the beginning of the chapter but nothing bad. The content was great and I'm glad that both characters seemed to stay in character at least for now. I'm looking forward to seeing more chapters!
