Sam is going to have to ask Dean to replace the window in the door, so the books will be protected again. He didn't even get a chance to tell Dean about the room, because Sam was too worn out from his ordeal. It will probably be a long time before Dean goes out and leaves Sam alone again. I guess a couple of hours alone is all Sam can manage without getting into trouble. ;P

This is fantastic, just how I picture both of them. And Sam, yeah, shouldv'e taken his meds and cell with him, but even sick he fought through it enough to get himself out of that room. That's how I see the guys, both able to take care of themselves, yet needing each other too. Awesome. Thanks.

Great story. Loved Sam' s excitement about the rare books, loved that Dean wants to go back to the bar with Sam when Sam feels better, loved that Sam wanted Dean to just "have fun".
