Honestly, just skimming through this now, this is simply Bleach canon with extremely slight changes and from a different pov, if you're gonna do an oc at least have them have some impact like this oc who's part of Ichigo's family perhaps change his think headedness or something, she's not helping the story and frankly she feels more like a liability than an mc

Why is she not training in the core techniques? She needs a movement technique or she'll be a sitting duck and right now she has 0 attack potential against any average shinigami? Is this gonna be a simple different pov story or one of those annoying useless princess needing help with everything?

Please have Rose main fighting techniques be Kido and Movement Techniques while Hiko defends her or fights on the frontline
