Ridiculous. But at the same time, a Parseltongue tracking charm is exactly what Dumbledore would not be able to notice - not with magic of nature, Hogwarts and Harry masking it - and Black house would not dispel (because Parseltongue and because no intent to harm).
And yes, not letting Harry to go anywhere "for his own safety" is exactly what Order does. Which isn't good for anybody.

It was great! I just imagined Voldemort as Tom Riddle...I don't know why, but whenever I think of Voldemort I think of a smexy Tom Riddle...and I guessed Voldemort couldn't exactly walk into a Starbucks without attracting attention-I mean, he's not the most normal-looking guy around. Definitely pair Harry/Voldemort ;)

I would like Voldemort and Harry to be a couple... I think Voldemort should see in Harry's mind is: the life with the Dursleys and about Harry being his horcrux...
