So long as you are updating and don't end up like several of the big names across several fanfic franchises and take a year off as you learn to walk again (author of the most favorited/followed fanfic on the site) or have other, mysterious health issues.

Yup, it's amazing how you can go from zero to hero (or the Fanfic equivalent) by posting the right story at the right time.

I've had a smaller scale version happen to me, with one story getting around 50 views and another getting 1500.

Your story is so great! You interpret the personality of each character in a way that I love and their interactions I adore them.
I understand your condition, in fact, my AC history also has two years without updating and I plan to follow it soon.

My first thought was also if Ezio should know Desmond but I think that every assassin is at they're middle stage in life. AKA, Brotherhood, not revelations.

Hello, I'm not sure how to say this but this is my first time reading of Assassin's Creed fanfiction. Although I'm not familiar with it but I like how you write the characters. Please update chapter 4! I really want to know what happened next and I was amused by Connor's enthusiasm to know the modern world as well as the other Assassins. Don't worry about getting new ideas! Take your time and I'll be waiting for your update!
