Oh, this was wonderfully sweet! I love the slow build up between them, though both are reluctant at first. Aragorn's feelings creep up on him so subtly.

Okay...totally didn't expect to like this b/c I don't like these two together in the traditional story...but changing the backstory just makes it work! I'm still scratching my head...I actually like an Aragorn/Eowyn pairing...not just like, actually; if there were more stories based off of this backstory, I'd actually ship it... O.o. :THUD:

It's been awhile since I've seen any Aragorn/Eowyn from you. This was perfect. I loved the way you characterized Eowyn (still having her warrior aspect), and the plot was a very intriguing AU. You should write this pairing more often. :)
